Program Description
Event Details
Prime Time Family Reading is an exciting opportunity for families! Designed for families with children ages 6-10 years old, program participants will meet, eat a free dinner together, then enjoy engaging, family-based reading and discussion on topics such as fairness, courage, and dreams. This nationally-known program is proven to help kids do better in school for years to come!
The whole family is welcome. Preschool siblings will have their own storytime in a different area after dinner, while the big kids and their parents talk about our books and ideas.
Registration is required and space is limited. Registration for the six week series will begin in August. Call the library for more information.
Prime Time Family Reading is supported by the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
