Join us for an engaging visit with Jeff Quattrone, local food sovereignty activist, agricultural historian, and national leader of Slow Food USA. As founder of the Library Seed Bank, Jeff pioneered seed lending programs across New Jersey and has worked to revive several nearly lost Jersey tomato varieties, preserving an important part of the state’s agricultural heritage. His deep knowledge of heirloom seeds and their histories comes to life in his forthcoming book, Iconic Jersey Tomatoes, An American Folklife and Foodway. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from a passionate advocate working to protect seeds, stories, and the future of our food.
