Author and historian Michael C. Harris who has written 5  books on the Philadelphia Campaign Series on the American Revolution, will be appearing at the Gloucester County Library in Mullica Hill on Thursday, July 31st @ 7 pm

Michael’s first book in the series was the bestseller: Brandywine: A Military History of the Battle that Lost Philadelphia but Saved America, September 11, 1777, was a finalist for the Army Historical Foundation Distinguished Book Award. 

His second book in the series, also a bestseller, was Germantown: A Military History of the Battle for Philadelphia, October 4, 1777. is a comprehensive study of the Battle of Germantown, one of the largest engagements of the American Revolutionary War.This book offers a detailed examination of the battle, its strategic context, and the events leading up to and following it, including the British occupation of Philadelphia

Fighting for Philadelphia completes the trilogy in the Philadelphia Campaign Series.
